    Refunds and Return Policy

    This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made at Curls N lengths (www.curlsnlengths.com). It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this policy. By placing an order for any of our item(s), you indicate that you have read this policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this policy.

    If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.

    Returning An Item
    We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from us, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason that you would like to return an item you have purchased to us. We aim to make this process as simple as possible. Please note that some items are excluded from our returns policy on grounds of hygiene, due to infection control purposes or by the very nature of the product. Hair products and accessories can not be returned.

    75 Days Money Back Guarantee
    The Money Back Guarantee at Curls N lengths is valid for 75 days from the receipt of an item. You therefore have 75 days from the day you receive your item from Curls N lengths to use the product in accordance with the instructions and must inform our Customer Care Team that the product hasn't worked with a brief explanation why and evidence needs to be shown that the product has not worked in order for the refund request to be accepted. Accessories are excluded from the 75 days money back guarantee.

    Before returning any item, please contact us by email at info@curlsnlengths.com. We will then give you an authorisation number along with details of how and where to return your item. This returns number helps us process your return to Curls N lengths as quickly as possible. Items returned without a returns number may be rejected.

    Unwanted Products - Exchanges
    You may wish to return your product for an exchange. That's no problem at all, but first we need to give you a returns authorisation number. This helps us process your return as quickly as possible. Without this number, may be rejected.

    You may return any item that is unused and in its original packaging, capable of resale (as long as it is a non-disposable item and/or non-perishable, and well within its expiry date if applicable) within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. All postage costs incurred by you in returning the unwanted item(s) must be paid by you and are not refundable.

    We cannot refund or exchange items not in a resalable condition unless they are faulty. Even if the item is sent to you in error, please do not open or breach the packaging, and inform a member of our Customer Care Team as quickly as possible.

    Damaged on Arrival Policy
    If you have received a defective item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and attach pictures of the damaged item so that the damage can be checked. Please do not dispose of the item until you have heard back from us. No complaint can be considered unless clear proof can be given that the item(s) are faulty or damaged. Please note that an item to be considered as “Damaged on Arrival” must be:

    • broken or damaged or not of satisfactory quality,
    • unusable or not fit for purpose,
    • not what was advertised or does not match the description.

    Please also note that an item cannot be considered as “Damaged on Arrival” if:
    • it was damaged by wear and tear, an accident or misuse,
    • you knew about the fault before you bought the item,
    • you have changed your mind.

    Wrong Product Policy
    In the unlikely event that one or all of the item(s) you received is not what you ordered, contact us by email at info@curlsnlengths.com. We will then give you an authorisation number along with details of how and where to return your item. This returns number helps us process your return to Curls N lengths as quickly as possible. Items returned without a returns number may be rejected.

    Late or missing refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of us notifying you about your refund being issued, please, check your bank account again and contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

    Shipping and Delivery Policy

    We are based in the United Kingdom

    This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made at Curls N lengths (www.curlsnlengths.com). It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this policy. By placing an order for any of our item(s), you indicate that you have read this policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this policy.

    If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.

    Delivery
    Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 working days. As soon as we have handed over your order to Royal Mail or Evri you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. 

    For free UK delivery your order will be sent out via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked or Evri standard which usually takes 2-3 days for delivery. For express 1 day delivery, there will be a fee calculated at checkout.

    International shipping

    Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 working days. As soon as we have handed over your order to Royal Mail you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.

    Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail International economy or international tracked.

    Deliveries to Europe usually take 7-14 business days.

    Deliveries to the rest of the world usually take  7-60 business days, depending on which delivery method you select.

    Please note International Economy delivery is not tracked, so you will not receive a tracking number for this delivery service. If you wish to have your order tracked, please select tracked international

    Curls N Lengths are not responsible for any loss or damage on the courier’s behalf.

    (All international customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that are incurred during transit, this now includes the EU since Brexit.

     

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will not be shipped until the next working day. 


    Delays

    We will try to ensure that item(s) are completed and delivered within the estimated lead time advised at time of purchase. However, delays do occasionally arise due to production or shipping issues, out of our control. If a delay occurs, we will let you know the new confirmed delivery date is, however, this does not mean you have the right to cancel your order if it is beyond the estimated time frame.

     

    Custom Fees

    All international customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that are incurred during transit.

     


    Risk of Loss
    All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our couriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to Royal Mail or Evri. If you do not receive your order and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact us at info@curlsnlengths.com. If your delivery is lost due to the incorrect address, we will not be responsible for such loss.

    My delivery is damaged, what can I do?
    If you have received a defective item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and attach pictures of the damaged item so that the damage can be checked.     Amendments and orders made in error

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the e-mail address you place your order with. However, this also means that if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to amend or cancel the order. We will only accept cancellations on products if they have not been shipped already.

    If you have placed an order in error or made a mistake on an order, you need to contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible within one hour of the order being placed to let us know to amend or cancel the order before it is shipped.

    If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to amend or cancel the order. We do not accept returns on hair products and hair accessories due to infection control purposes.

    You can check the status of your order in your account by viewing your most current order.

    Address Changes
    We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been shipped. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order and to send us an email before your order is shipped if you need to change your address.

    Refusing delivery
    If you’ve refused the delivery, or plan to refuse the delivery of your order because you want to cancel it, we will be unable to refund this order as it has already been shipped.

    Orders Returned to Us
    If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
