Yes, all of our products are proudly vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, and we are PETA certified.

Can your products be used on children and babies?
All of our products, except for the Superfood Combo Curl Cream, are suitable for children over 3 years old. The Superfood Combo Curl Cream contains a preservative with salicylic acid, and it is recommended that children under 7 avoid leave-on hair products containing this ingredient.
Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
We strive to create products with gentle, natural ingredients. However, we recommend checking the ingredient list for any known allergens. If you have sensitive skin or specific allergies, we suggest performing a patch test before using any new product.
Can all products be used on men?
Yes men can use all of our products.
Do you offer international shipping?

What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship? How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 days. As soon as we have handed over your order to Royal Mail you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked in the UK which usually takes 2-3 days for delivery. Europe tracked service will take approximately 5 days, rest of the world will take up to 10 days to be delivered. Busier periods can take a little longer.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from us, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason that you would like to return an item you have purchased to us. We aim to make this process as simple as possible. You can return an unopened and unused item within 14 days from the delivery day. Items will be inspected on return to ensure items are unopened and unused.
Please note that some items are excluded from our returns policy on grounds of hygiene, due to infection control purposes or by the very nature of the product. Accessories cannot be returned.

Supplements Excluded:
Supplements are excluded from our 75-day money-back guarantee due to the individual nature of results. Every body responds at different rates, and we want to ensure fairness in our policy.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already shipped we are unable to cancel the order.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or autofilled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one, however if the order has already been shipped we are unable to change the address.
